Registration Form 2025-2026

Instruction for the Registration form: 

PLEASE read the direction and go slowly as you register.  You will put yourself as the Registrant 1 as the primary parent contact. You will fill out the primary contact info and then under other information please select primary parent for yourself and fill in the second parent information. Then you will continue through that page and will choose payment amount for 1 child, 2 children OR  3+ children and your payment plan. On the next page select Add Registrant to add your child’s information. Do not submit until you have added all your children as Registrants.  Then submit and it will take you to the final payment screen. See the below direction for more info.
