Faith & Worship

At Saint Teresa of Calcutta, the Faith & Worship Team, along with the Parish Director and staff, guides the educational and spiritual formation of the parish. It promotes Christian Formation as a lifelong process aimed at personal conversion and growth in the faith. It guides sacramental preparation, adult and family, and youth and young adult formation programs and activities. It also oversees the recruiting, onboarding and retraining of new liturgical ministers, as well as the prayer experiences and opportunities offered to parishioners throughout the year. Prayer and worship are at the heart of our mission to praise God and call others to discipleship. Our team meets five to six times a year, taking a break over the summer months.
